A WORLD...WHERE YOU WERE MINE!

Last night I dreamt of a world
A world where clouds hid a blushing sky
And the moon filled every particle
With a tinge of timeless romance
That reflected from your face, in its shine
A world... where you were mine!

A world where the breeze sang to the tunes
Of the melody of my lovesongs
Where the fall shook off dried leaves
Which danced to the beat of our loving hearts
Where every moment that we spent together
Lasted a little a longer than a hundred lifetimes
A world... where you were mine!

A world where dew drops frozen on blades of grass
Crystallized the emotions reflected in your eyes
When they looked into mine, with love
And our fingers tangled in each others'
Holding on to our togetherness,
As if that makes even our souls entwine
A world... where you were mine

A world where existed love, and nothing but love
Where every fragment of my soul was tinged with your memories
Where mine was a life, i'd die a hundred deaths to live!
Where we grew old falling in love again and again with each other
Everytime as pure... and pristine
A world... where you were mine

A world that i know not if it exists
And if it will ever...
A world I wish I copuld pull out of my dreams
Right into Reality
A world where destiny would be as I make mine
A world where I could call you mine...

SHE WAITS...

The breeze swaying those lusturous locks
Cutting past the elegant curves of her body,
Unaware of the whole world she sits,
Eyes unfocused yet searching something,
She waits...

With no words to express her longing,
With no voice to cry out her anguish,
With no teras to drain away her fears,
Deaf to all voices around her,
Ears pricked for a crunch of his footsteps,
She waits...

Without a breath of life entering her,
Without a shimmer of light, to scatter the darkness,
Without a spark of inspiration to live,
Motionless except for the monotonous beating of her broken heart,
She waits...

Wordless dry lips, motionless with emotion,
Darkness encircling the wait in her eyes,
Gradually engulfing her very self,
Insensitive of what they think of her,
She waits...

With only a hope to be loved,
With only a desire to belong,
With only a longing to wait,
She belongs not to herself, but to him,
She loves...
Therefore, she waits...
